Passport and Visa Requirements: The Brazilian visa policy is based, on reciprocity, that is citizens from countries that require visas for Brazilian citizens are subject to the same formality when coming to Brazil. Visas may be obtained at Brazilian Consulates. Yellow Fever Risk:
If you are planing to travel to any of the regions NOT marked in blue on the map below, you are recommended to take Yellow Fever Vacine 10 days before coming to Brazil. The vacine is valid for ten years.

All the states of North Midwest, Northeast states of Maranhão, Piauí (southwest), Bahia (west and southern parts), Southeast region states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo (west) and Espírito Santo (north) and on the western region of the states of Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul.
